Overview

Withdrawal Policy:

Students wishing to withdraw from Aspire Healthcare Solutions CNA, PCT, EKG or Phlebotomy Technician training program, must fill out a withdrawal form and return to the Health Careers Support Specialist.  This can be completed online.  This form must be signed and dated and indicate a reason for withdrawing from the course.  The withdrawal forms are kept in the main office of Aspire Healthcare Solutions at 1120 S. 6^th Street Suite 200 St. Louis Mo 63104.  If a student withdraws due to documented illness or incapacity, the student may re-enroll in the program within six (6) months and make up course material missed without taking the entire course over.

Refund Policy:

After the cancellation period has ended, students are eligible for a partial refund of tuition.  Students will receive their refund within twenty (20) business days after the withdrawal date.  If tuition has been paid through an outside agency, that agency will be issued a refund and disbursement to the student per that agency’s policy.  The price for any supplies or uniforms will be deducted from the refund if you have received these items.
